EMPLOYMENT LAW
Wrongful Dismissal, Constructive Dismissal, Severance Package Review, and more!
DON’T SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL WE’VE REVIEWED YOUR MATTER
Whether you’re entering into an employment relationship, or ending one, do not sign anything until you have spoken to us and we have informed you of your legal rights. We specialize in the following areas:
Wrongful Dismissal: If you’ve been terminated without cause, we will fight for you to get the severance and termination that you are entitled to. Often, employers try to strong-arm employees into accepting significantly less than they deserve. Don’t let this happen to you!
Constructive Dismissal: Have you been forced to quit your job because of a toxic work environment? Did your employer change a fundamental term of your employment contract without your consent? If so, you are still entitled to the same termination and severance you would have received had you been fired.
Termination for cause: Has your employer told you that you have been terminated for cause? Let us review your case to determine if your employer was justified in terminating the employment relationship. It’s not uncommon for employers to mischaracterize a “without cause” termination.
Contract Review: Before you sign your contract of employment, let us review it. You want a full understanding of your rights and obligations before you enter into an employment relationship.
Non-Compete/Non-Solicit: Have you been offered a job with strict non-compete/non-solicit provisions? Is your current or previous employment subject to non-compete/non-solicit clause? We will review these provisions with you and advise on your rights and potential risks that these clauses create.
